You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Watches that have been worn, sized, or show use cannot be returned, except where required by law.
Email amelia.bpds@gmail.com with your order number before you ship anything back. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address.
Packages sent without authorization may not be accepted. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Photograph damaged or incorrect items and email us within 7 days of delivery.
