Shipping policy

We ship from Vancouver, Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout from destination and weight.

Canada: Standard (often free) and Express are available at checkout. Typical Standard delivery is 5–10 business days after we fulfill the order. Canadian GST/HST/PST is charged at checkout based on the shipping province.

United States: Standard International and Express International are offered at checkout. Standard is typically 7–14 business days after fulfillment.

Other countries: Standard International and Express International are offered at checkout for destinations in our International market (UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and others shown at checkout).

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates start after fulfillment. Customs, duties, and import taxes (if any) outside Canada are the buyer’s responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
